And she says she thinks the stiffness is part of my fibromyalgia. I asked her about BFS and she said that I might have that as well, but she feels that most of my problems stem from the fibro. She also did basic neuro tests (reflexes, etc...) and nothing had changed from my last visit months ago (before the one side stiffness thing). She wants me to try Tylonel Arthritis and if it doesn't work she will call in a prescription for me to try. I took it this morning and I do feel a little less stiff. Maybe it will help.
I have noticed that stress/anxiety totally makes every symptom I have much worse. First off I am about to start a new job. Secondly, my current employer is telling some of my co-workers that they may not let me work out my notice to "save money". (It's a small business, by the way) Never mind that that would mean me going a week without pay if they did so. I was really upset about it and my symptoms were 10 times worse last night. I really need to learn how to relax and not let things worry me so much.
