Seeking Advice on Chronic Symptoms

Okay. So I've been having a bad week. Stressing a lot about my symptoms. Just need some feedback so I can feel better...I've had muscle spasms/twitching for over a year. My clinical exam is fine. No abnormalities. No clinical weakness, just perceived. The last week or so I have felt like my tongue is weak...like painful/tired feeling. Also the muscle just above my Adam's apple. I've been having facial twitching...this is new. As well as my lower right eye lid keeps twitching!!! I've tried rubbing it, tonic water, bananas...nothing works. It seems almost constant. Also...I noticed my left bicep muscle is almost constantly twitching. I can see all my twitches. Most of them I feel. Anyone relate? I'm going CRAZY! I just want this to stop. As always, any comments are appreciated. -Nick

Reading what you wrote, this is what I'm hearing: "I have BFS with perceived weakness, but the past week I've had more perceived weakness. Also, I've been twitching."Where's the problem?

Hey relax, this is Jonnhy's way of reassuring, and I must say I kind of like it. He just tries to make you understand that indeed your are twitching, you have strange feelings, but nothing worrying. Everyone here have bad days, weeks, months worrying about the worse. What matters is that it's just that, bad days, and then you will get better, just try to not focus too much on the feelings or the twitching (I know how hard it is).

Hi Nick, I've had just about every weird facial/head/neck symptom there is plus things I hope nobody ever has to deal with. I can relate to the craziness. Every new symptom will come and go. I can assure you. Mark
