Ruling out ALS: Sensory Symptoms

i don't know much about it, however, sensory symptoms are not associated with als. THerefore, if you had a problem there you can safely rule out als which, in my opinion, is the apex of these problems.

I have all of those things, I'm kind of wondering what they are too. It seems like if I really concentrate on them all day they get worse, but when I worry about other things (like today) I haven't hardly noticed them at all. I think I read that vibrations may be anxiety related although not even neuros seem to really know for sure.
