Right Side Twitches and Fatigue

It seems like the twitches and the fatigue I experience, 80 % of the time, occur in my right side. Especially my right foot arch - calf - bicep - shoulder and my left eyelid. From what I gather the left hemisphere of the brain control all those. Does anybody get mostly one side symptoms ?

I also have the vast majority of twitches on my right side (apart from my left foot which is the twitchiest part of my body). As with all anecdotal evidence it is easy to pick holes in it (e.g. once you get the idea of twitches being one-sided, it is easy to focus more on that side and the dominance becomes self-sustaining) but will be interesting to hear other replies.

This question was rised may many times here, and the amswer is YES. BFS symptomes often tend to be unilateral or at least preferrably one-sided.

Right, what worries me the most is that the muscle fatigue I have used to be only in my right leg but now it has spread to my right arm/shoulder too and the twitches have ( kind of ) subsided. It's not that I can't do something, it's more like a " heavy " feeling and that feeling you get after working out.

Funny, my right side is definitely the most active when it comes to the twitching. I have the right side of my neck shoulder area, my right foot and calf which is just about constant and then the other randoms all over my body so I would say one side is way more twitchy then the other.

Mine is! I have the arm fatigue on the one side and that right side was also the arm I had the first tremor in. Sometines my legs will both ache and be fatigued, but then sometimes one side will be okay and the other has symptoms. Mine switches sides all the time too.
