Right Eye Lower Lid Twitching Nonstop

Irritating isn't it? I had that once for a few weeks and just about when I was getting used to it, it disappeared (makes one say hmmmm). I found that putting a very warm cloth across the eyes and relaxing and doing a little mini-massage of the face would get them to stop - even if they started up again at least I got a break. At the bottom of this page are some instructions if you want to try it:

Eyelid twitching is by FAR the most common twitch. Even if you don't have bfs. Lack of sleep, stress, weather change, health, all these things cause flares. When i go a couple days with bad sleep both my eyelids go crazy!!! I am so used to it it does not even bother me. Drink more water, get some sleep and it will go away (then come back :D) )DD

Yeh I get them but not too often thank God. Either the lid or just under the eye. When they do come, they can be pretty persistent buggers though. Hate them! Tiredness will make them worse and more prone to starting. ie after a lot of driving. They eventually pass.cheersRodger

I find that sunglasses help when my eyes are really bad and are excellent for driving, who cares about the funny looks you get walking down the street on a rainy miserable day? LOL
