I would appreciate what you make of this free e book and the concepts of reverse therapy Interesting radio show about the subject with the author belowTIA

I'll look into it tonight and let you know what I think. Although my general belief is that ANY therapy is good for this. It's certainly better than the alternatives.

My take on this is that it really isn't any different from any other type of cognitive brain therapy. You are taking your obsessions and your inward-focus, and you are directing it toward something positive instead of something destructive. In my opinion, even if it isn't a cure, it will certainly be helpful. I mean, sweet Jesus, look at how much energy people with BFS tend to waste on the what-ifs and the doom and gloom and the obsessive research. If they could just turn that around and channel maybe 1/10th of it towards some kind of personal growth, the benefits would be extraordinary. Will this be a cure for BFS? Who knows. Maybe it will, maybe it won't. But there is certainly no harm in trying. Even worst case scenario, it is more productive than just sitting in front of a computer, selfishly obsessing over the internet all day.I'm actually going to download the book tomorrow and check it out.
