I have not read any of your previous posts but to claim ALS from swallowing issues is a long shot. I sincirly belive other issues should have presented themsleves to your PCP to consider bulbar ALS. I have a hiatial hernia. Which is what I suscpect you have. Many many many things can cause this. ALS is a long shot in the general population. What have your doctors said on the topic? I can relate but forget about ALS it probably is nowhere in your near future. Maybe 30 or 40 years from now! Boy, judging from your length of time twitching Feb 2006. If you have ALS you may be one of the slowest developing forms of ALS ever ever. Since this is not consitant with Bulbar ALS. Your chances are near zero. Take it easy!
You should be near dead by now and unable to eat on your own. You should be being feed through a tube. Is this your current state of physical condition? How do you manage to type thirteen months after singning up to this site? Anyways just kidding! BFS all the way!
