Remedies for Poor Circulation?

does anyone have any remides for circulation. my hands are asleep ever morning and red blotchy looking. last night it felt as though blood was not leaving my arm. i m wondering about the pills im on, ativan, remeron, serquil, neurontin? any ideas thanks

I often wake up and my limbs, hands and feet are still sleeping...

The blotchiness can also be normal.

If you are worried about side effects from your meds, or that your circulation is compromised, call your doctor.

thanks sue i showed him and he looked and said must be circulation and that was it. not overly worried just seacking advise on any remides

i got the same thing... red blotchy hands is a condition called palmar erthyma.. its related to problems with the liver dysfunction/disease and or other diseases... somtimes its normal... my hands turned red 3 months after having bfs and my liver enzymes have been elevated slightly with my bfs..
