I have been reviewing the forum and have one question. Does anyone have a hand or fingers fall asleep at night while sleeping? This has been happening to to me on a regular basis. As soon as I manipulate my fingers it clears up in less then a minute.
yep I get this a lot too....this was 1 of the symptoms that made my neuro think I didnt have MS, as with MS it doesnt clear up...perhaps BFS can contribute to bad circulation?
My fingers/hands/arms fall asleep every night!
Anyway this started many years before fascics!
I was scared at first... but now I got used to it.
I think it is because our nerves are more sensitives than normal and a wrong position does the rest.
