Reduced Twitching with Supplements & Lower Stress

I've noticed a significant decrease in twitching over the past few days (not gone but much lowered intensity).

Changes I've made-

1) Started taking a calcium, magnesium, zinc supplement (just the recommended dosage on the bottle)

2) I'm in the process of opening my own day spa and I finally gave my notice at my other job last night, which lowered my stress.

Could be just coincidence and/or temporary but every period of time of lessening symptoms seems to make the increased symptom times bother me less.

That's great. I am going to try the supplements your recommended.
It's interesting how much stress we get from our jobs. I notice I am more anxious and twitchy before and during work and then I feel better once I get home. Maybe I should follow my dream of writing children's books instead of dealing with hundreds of Pt's
