Recognizing Body Position Twitches?

hey everyone, i have figured out that my twitches are very dependent of body position. For example if i sit on a chair with my knes bent the calvs twitch, if i sit on the softa like in L position the theights twitch and if i lay in bed notning really twitch. Oh i forget, when i sit at the computer with bent arms they use to twitch. Is someone regonize this?

I agree with your observations. While my calves go continually my quads seem to only twitch when lying in bed. Same with my back. At work I am constantly up and down and dictating to a voice recognition program. I keep my left elbow bent and on the table. My forearm goes continually with frquent tricept twitching and some pectoral twitching. If it goes on for a while I get a discoordination type feeling in the left arm. Quite annoying.

Hi There,As far as what ever I have going on I know that the twitches/fasc are noticeable much more depending on what position my legs are in. I am not sure if I have more or less in quantity because of position but I can really feel them much more in certain positions than others. Spending so much of the day seated in front of the pc I tend to notice them, maybe it has something to do with how tense the muscle is or isn't depending on its alignment ? Just wanted to put in my "two cents" worth. Take CareMike

Position has alot to do with how much a muscle group twitches, I think it is almost unanimous on this site when sitting at a chair with feet flat, calves will go nuts. Hands hanging by my side I do not notice twtiching, when propped up on a key board, they twitch alot. I am suprised that you have no twitching laying down, that hits me pretty hard.

i hope that is a good sign then that the twitches are dependent on position. Tom, my twitches are reduced very much in bed when the body is in straight position, can get a single twitch in thight. It´was not like this before when my antoxi was very high, then my body felt like electric, just got to twitch. I also have no twitches when i stand up or absolutly none if i walkning, is this the same for you 2 guys ?

I get twitching when I am standing, but do not feel any when I am walking, I do not know if they are hitting or not, I just can feel them when I walk. The best position to not feel the twitches is in the hot tub, with the jets on moon launch mode, the only problem is you have to get out eventually.

Same here: sitting down in office and calves twitch like crazy, also when I lay down (especially on the side) , on the stomach is best position to not feel them :D)
