Thanks for all the sweet messages and Gary, I will take your words of advice to heart. I'm writing this all down and keeping it by my bedside along with Aarons "about bfs" info. Yes, I'm twitching today but I'm okay with it. My left thumb did a little dance while I was waiting for the dentist (nerves most likely) and I smiled. Can I just say that this is the first day bfs has made me smile? I would normally be in some sort of anxiety mode that would be getting me down. I hope my good outlook continues, but I'll have my notes by the bedside if I need reminding.

I am so happy about your neuro visit Ava. Mostly I am glad that you are able to feel happiness again! I just got back from a relaxing vacation in Nantucket (first time away from the kids in 4 years!) and have missed all of you! I need to read posts like these every day to keep my mind from wandering off to bad places. Congrats again!
