Razor Burn: Post-Viral Lasting 6 Years?

Does anyone ever feel like they have razor burn on different areas of their body? This has been driving me nuts. I had my second brain MRI in a year last week, everything is still normal, so was my c-spine last Fall. My neuro still says this is something post-viral, holy cow, its been 6 years, she said it may last for a long time, then again it may be here forever, I WILL GO NUTS IF ITS HERE FOREVER!!!! I haven't been twitching as much, but instead burning. HELP

OMG Jenny I was getting that today. It feels like my skin has a bad sunburn on right upper back, near shoulder. I have alot of skin issues lately so I do not have a clue but I was getting this today, and now that I think about it, I think I have had this before..Jenn

Thanks guys, at least I'm not alone. It is awful, and it hurts. I get this on my legs, lower back, and sometimes under my armpits, fun, fun. This did not start until my neuro gave me Metanx (B vitamin) to start taking, she said its the same as a B-12 injection, she never tested my B levels through bloodwork. Could to much vitamin B cause this, its just weird that this all started after the Metanx. I think I'm going to find a new neuro, I think she's a quack. I have been there 3 times, and she has never even done a neuro exam, just listens to my complaints, and prescribes me Metanx and antidepressants. Although she did do a bunch of bloodwork. Oh well, sorry for the venting, I'm just so tired of this burning!!!
