Randomly Occurring Twitches & More

I seem to have those allot lately.. They are just as widespread as the twitches and come and go at random. Anyone else have these?

yes thats what i am getting now, they thump with like a stabbing pain, i actually have to rub my calf after them and the place in my calf feels so sore afterwards.
