Random Twitching in Right Arm

I have random twitches anywhere on my body every now and then, but I have a lot more twitching going on in my right arm. Not just in one place - I have it in my right forearm, triceps, shoulder, and pecs on my right side. Quite often these twitches are more like ripples or bibrations, whereas the twitching in the rest of my body is more 'definite'. It is also the arm that I get aches in. Should I be worried, or is this normal for BFS?

My left leg is definitely worse than my right leg. My left leg is where this all started up, and is my main complaint. I get the random twitches here and there in other parts of my body too though.My legs give me most of my troubles, but again, it's my left one (especially the calf) that really bugs me.
