Random Jumping Aches - Need Advice

Hi guys, It has been many months since I went through my FREAK THE HECK OUT phase and found this very helpful site. Life was going grand until 6 weeks ago when these random jumping aches started all over my body. They are like the twitches in that they are there for 2-3 minutes, an hour etc, and then jump to another spot on my body. I have been tested for virtually everyhing under the sun but no answers! Still have the twitches, thumpers, vibrations, etc. Has anyone else had trouble with this? Please help.

I have aches but wouldn't say they are random or jumping. They are in the usual parts of my body that have ached before this thing suddenly hit me 8 months ago. I do have tingling that is sometimes random but mostly noticeable in my stomach, arms, and legs.

Linskake - this condition is not a static one - there is no reason for concern when it changes as it has with most of us. After a time you will realize that the pains and aches re-occur in the pretty much the same places even when they do jump. Who knows, maybe it is a healing process or a development that will force you to deal with it in a new and beneficial manner? Mine have settled in to a few old stand-by areas but that is OK because I have learned how to deal with them. Try cleaning up your diet, and when the aches are bad do an easy warm-up. If it is late at night try a hot bath (epsom salts). Usually helps me. Good luck.
