Random Butt Twitches: Experiences?

My problem is mostly legs and feet twitching. I notice now when I sit down or sometimes lay down I will get a few random butt twitches in either or both sides. Anyone else?

I'm just afraid it's spreading to new areas. I've felt it there before as well as random upper areas, but it seems more often now.

I get them after rowing. Never thought much about it. I think somewhere in the nutshell post it says that BFS twitches happen everywhere. So I guess the butt is a big muscle (no offense ) and it likes to have a little bit of the twitching fun too from time to time.

I get that a lot too, so does my girlfriend who doesn't even know what BFS means. BTW she gets also a lot of thigh twitching, but since she is not an Internet or Google freak, she was never concerned about it.

spreading of twitches is a normal course of BFS and you should not think like this is 'progression'. BFS seems to combine local and central hypersensitivity so virtually ANY muscle in your body may twitch. I have twitching in my private parts (and since BFS I had even cramps similar to uteral ones) - those are one of most unusual for my own body

I get them all the time, they go crazy after a walk.
