Questions Around Foot and Calve Aches?

By the end of the day from my knees down to my feet I begin to ache, I am mostly a calve and foot twitcher, I take regular advil, does anyone else have this and what do you take, to help relieve the pain?

im with you .. pain is a part of bfs.i get alot of pain in my legs by the end of the day...especially after work...klonopin really takes the edge off...but the best thing is to be somewhere relaxing on a private island beach all to your self laying in the sun all day,,no work...stress free..then your pain will disapear
