Questions About New Twitches

Thanks for the responses friends!
Quick question.... These new twitches almost look like a fine "fluterring" under my skin. I have to look hard to see them. And they feel like a very, very, very light buzz. Is this what you guys experienced? My concern is after battling with this emotionally for two years, I don't want the clock to start all over again.
Thanks so much!
God Bless,
Nick

I've had the buzzing twitches in the same spot. I've also had them in my toes. So strange---but absolutely not related to ALS.

Break the chain of thought that is linking your twitches to ALS....they simply are NOT related. Deep down you know this--so you just have to mentally overcome the instant connection your mind makes between twitching and ALS. Try re-patterning your thoughts to something like: twitching equals irritation...but not enough to keep me from enjoying my life! Find a new thought process and repeat it over and over!

You said you have a six month old...so I bet your sleep cycles have been disturbed enough over the past six months that your body is not as rested as it could be. Your BFS is being aggravated...it happens, but it's simply BFS, nothing else.

Give it time---your worries will pass, and so will your twitches I bet!

Take care,
Amy
