Questions About Neck/Shoulder Pain

Hello,I've posted a few questions the last few days and have found the feedback very helpful. I have another one . . . Do any of you have pain symptoms? I have daily neck/shoulder pain (along with almost daily headaches) on my right side. This started out of the blue two years ago. Have treated with a neurologist and have some arthritis in my neck. Now the twitching has started in my right index finger. Again - same sided symptoms.Do you have to see muscle movement for it to BFS? When my finger moves I don't always see muscle movement - at times it looks like it's moving from the joint instead.I guess my concern is that I have read that twitching can be a sign of Parkinson's and one-side neck/muscle pain is also a symptom. I never in a million years associated the pain symptoms with something more than the headache disorder until the twitching began. Just curious if anyone else with the benign twitching also has muscle pain/stiffness especially if it is one-sided.Thanks!

yes, I do have pain, but more of a cramping type- in calves/thighs in particular, after sitting for a while... that is all...at the moment. I have to back/neck aches and asociated headaches all the time ( headaches mostly left side), but dont believe that is associated with BFS..just a back bad/pinched nerves ( have had surgery to try and help), too much sitting staring at a monitor, bad posture..and getting old!cheersRodger
