Hi FreddieTheFox,Still figuring out this forum as I'm new here. In regard to your comments on readers rather than responders, for me there are days I just don't want to deal with it, and even though I will read through quickly for news, I don't want to get into the mind-set of the whole thing. Sometimes, focusing on this syndrome is not a good thing and ignoring it is the best remedy. As far as the internal vibration, like the one I have now in my outer thigh, try a self-massage or using the muscles in the area in a gentle way (circular movements or light flex and stretch); sometimes that works for me. I prefer this buzzing feeling to many of the others I get so usually ignore it, although I understand it can be distracting. Another thing that works is meditation; it's well worth the time learning as once you do, it is self-help and it puts some control in your own hands. I find it works just as well as other relaxation techniques mentioned on this forum (acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractics) and you don't have to go to someone's office and shell out money everytime you and your muscles need to feel calmer. In the beginning it takes a bit of discipline to learn, but after practicing for a while, becomes easier and more adaptable to your life in that you can get into it quicker and use shorter meditation times. Hope you find some of this helpful. Remember - as I've seen expressed often here - that focusing too much on the aspects of this syndrome that are not debilitating (minor cramps, twitches and vibrations) usually encourages them. Like a misbehaving child, they can act up more with excessive attention. So, if nothing else, distract yourself, get involved in something, and don't let it rule your life. Take care.
