Questions About Electrical Buzzing in Leg

I have so many questions! Just a portion of my leg will "buzz" like there is an electrical current in it. It can go that way for days or hours and then pass. Seasoned BFSer's or others who might know, you responses are welcomed. Educate me!

The buzzing is so common, I have it off and on. Idescibe it as a vibration or an electrical feeling that comes and goes. It's a wierd feeling, but very common!
