Questions About BFS Nerve Pains

As i have been having these pains since BFS started, i have a few questions for those who also experience 'nerve pains'1. Do they come and go, and change from location just like the twitches?2. How would you describe them?3. How would you rate these pains? Most of the time, the pains are manageable and i dont really mind them. I just got used to them. However, on some days, i would rate them as 7/10.. sometimes it gets so bad that you can hear me say 'aaaah! :( 'The weird thing is, it moves all over my body, just like the twitches.. Its odd that you can have so much pain in your wrist for example, and about 10 seconds later its gone and you get stabbed by a knive in your leg. This isn't really normal, is it?I dont care about the twitches.. i just want these 'bone-pains / stabbed by a knife' sensations to go away :(

That is a great question and I think the reason for all my anxiety at this point. I have had BFS for 6 months along with about 6000 other symptoms. In the last month, I started having very localized, stringy, soreness feeling in my legs and arms. It feels like I am sore in a very specific place down the inside of my arms (it started in my wrist first, now the most pronounced is in my legs). It is something I feel every day...yet not all day. Usually after sitting a while. Then two weeks ago, in my groin area, I got a shooting pain...about three pulses, that made me double over. It happened again the next day, and the next. After thjat is has been infrequent..but then the other night it woke me up in the middle of the night in my foot. anyone else get that pain? Anyone else get the weird stiffness, soreness in a stringlike manner in your leg?

I had nerve pains a lot more in the beginning and they would be just as random as the twitches. Sometimes it was nerves, other times it was joints, tendons, or bones. Like I said, random. I then graduated to near constant pain in my thumb joints. That passed and I don't notice much pain anymore. Sorry if I'm not quite answering your question.

I get nerve pains mainly in my neck, jaw, and (especially) teeth. They tend to come and go though, so I don't worry about it too much. The random tooth pains are especially annoying though.

1. yes they come and go, like the twitches. they are sometimes even followed by twitching but are fortunately more seldom.2. the one sort is a sort of crampyness in the feet. the other one is a sort of soreness in the arms and shoulders (not sure if that one is related to bfs). the third sort of pain is an istant sharp stabbing pain that occurs quite randomly in time and location, like the twitches. it shows up everywhere in the body, mainly in the legs, arms, hands and feet. it sometimes stays for minutes or hours. sometimes it shows up even in a pulsating rhythym, very similar to the twitching.3. 8/10 on the pain scala.

What you describe is rather similar to my experience and in fact I think pain and twitches are very much part of the same business.
