Question about Kneebuckling and BFS

Hey everyone,

I sent a post earlier but it didn't show up. I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced kneebuckling? It seems like my left knee is giving out lately along with all the other bfs symptoms. I don't really feel weak more like it buckles for a second then i catch my balace and im fine. Just afraid its something related to the dreaded weakness that we all fear. Im sure that it doesn't help that Ive been testing my strenght all week by doing squants, walking on toes, heels, etc. Any ideas?

Thanks again

You mentioned in one of your posts that you have knee pain - could that be the reason that you are trying to (subconsiously) walk that way to prevent further pain.

If you can do sit-ups, hop on each leg and walk on heels/toes then obviously there is no weakness so it has to be a simple reason like above.

yah,
I can do sit ups, hop on one foot etc... Must be something trivial. As I said, I had it in the past when I was a child. All of a sudden from time to time my knee would just give out. I think they call it a trick knee-I hope.

Thanks,
dddd
