Hi – I’ve had rhythmic and pulsing twitches with my fingers. My mother has Parkinson’s and she clearly has the “pill rolling” movement with her fingers. It’s more of a continuous movement and looks nothing like a twitch that I’ve ever had…and I’ve had quite a few.
