Pulse vs Twitch Confusion?

Does anyone ever get confused with a twitch and a pulse?I swear I can feel my pulse through my fingertips whenever I touch my legs or my arms. But where are the pulse spots in the body? I know there's one on the ankle and I can see that sometimes.Sometimes my can feel it in my thighs or my arms .....

I feel like I can sometimes too. Not in pulse areas either.
