Power Lifting Benefits: Case Study

I'm pretty into power lifting and i noticed that my twitching is worse when I take time off working out, but today i went through a great workout benching 245 255 275 305 lbs., tricep, bicep, forearm, lats, and plyo box jumps. Now that im done ive noticed that my twitching is almost non existent. Im guessing it maybe has something to do with the release of endorphins? but on the other hand ive noticed that with some people excercise makes the twitches worse.personally for me i think its just a great way of proving to my anxiety that i dont have *** after nearly 6 months of this twitching stuff. no way i could do this stuff if it was more than bfs.just wondering about some other peoples experiences....nick
 
I have noticed that my symptoms are always better when I am working out regularly. When I stop exercising they get worse. But you have to be careful not to overdo things, just moderate exercise to stay in shape seems to help.
