hi,I know in case of arms onset , als starts in hands, shouders, upper arm OR WRIST?Now, I have some problems with my right wrist. It really hurts like h*ll. I can use it but it hurts. It's like the muscles in my wrist hurt. Is this how als could present? And no it's not carpel tunnel. please help me

AFAIK ALS arm onset begins with clumsy hand and issues with fine motorics. The ALS handbook mentiones that first affected muscle is usually a.hallucis brevis. I guess you dont have a wrist drop, it only hurts..so why you think its BFS related? IMHO you just pinched some nerve here and that is it. My shoulder hurts and cracks for 8 months without any progression.

No, I think you are crazy of connecting everything with ALS or BFS. You wrist hurts, and what? Why dou you think its related to any neurological disease? Is there atrophy, weakness or constant fasciculations?Everybody feels pain of this or that from time to time :)
