Possible Single Brain Lesion with MS?

I'm 27 male and I recently experienced numbness, exacerbated tremor and feeling little unbalance. I have an brain MRI scan and found a lesion in my brain. I asked my neurologist who's specialized in MS whether it is MS and he doesn't think so since MS involves many lesion in CNS and I have only one. I'd like to know is it possible to have most lesion in cervical spine but only one in brain if someone have MS? Do I need to ask my doctor to perform a cervical spine MRI for me?

Hi there,I can't really give you any reassurance other than to say I have suffered BFS symptoms for two years on and off. I have just had a relapse again burning pain and pins and needles in the buttocks and legs, but the muscle pain has spread to my arms, shoulders and back. Even though I've had a clean EMG and brain and spine MRI's just 10 months ago I still can't help worrying it could be MS.Only a neuro will be able to tell, good luck

lesions can be on your cervical and I'm sure your doc will order that...it doesn't seem like you have classic ms symptoms though...have you had optic nueritis?
