Possible PNH: Muscle Twitches?

Hi guys, So i have a clean brain MRI, zero muscle weakness. My anxiety level is at an all-time low. Just a little bothered by occasional twitches. I'm thinking is Peripheral Nerve Hyperexcitability possible? i feel like my muscle will twitch when a corresponding nerve is affected. Like my neck twitch when i yawn, my feet twitch when my laptop is placed on my lap, my back may twitch when im lying down. And my limbs go numb quite easily when i cross them. Numbness is relieved immediately upon release. anyone else here with Peripheral Nerve Hyperexcitability? May i know how is Peripheral Nerve Hyperexcitability diagnosed? Thanks a million! Peace!

as far as i understand you are diagnosed by clinical presentation of symptoms and a clean EMG and nerve conduction test as well as clean MRI of brain.
