Possible Plantar Fascitis Relapse?

Ok, got myself talked back into the possibility of something awful. On and off for the last couple of months I have had the sensation of my right arch feeling lower than normal. I have very high arches and wear orthotics for plantar fascitis. So in my head, or maybe actually today I felt like the calf on that same foot is weaker than usual. I know I could be imagining this. But does anyone have odd foot sensations? Does anyone feel like one leg is weaker than the other even when not in twitching mode?

THanks

Hi. I have posted many times about foot and calf problems on my left side. The problems with my foot are in my toes. My three middle toes, and just this weekend my big toe feel like they are crippled up. So hard to expalin. I also get a wet feeling around these toes. The pain radiates up to my ankle. I am starting to notice the toes on my right foot are starting to feel the same way. I also have trouble with my left calf. It has that almost cramp feeling all the time. If there is a day when it doesn't feel crampy, it feels like the muscle if flabby when I walk. That calf feels weak all the time. I had my neurologist check it the other day and he said my calf and foot looked fine to him. He didn't seem concerned at all even though I've had these feelings for almost a year. I mentioned Tarsal Tunnel to him and he didn't think that is what I have! I had a cortozone shot in my foot over the summer due to the pain and not being able to walk on my foot without limping. It worked for a few months and now it's back. Who the heck knows!

yes sometimes one leg will feel weaker than the other. The same with my arms or forearms but it's percieved not actual. My arch will hurt really bad for a few days or a week and then go away. I just had a baby so I don't know if I'm just getting normal aches and pains or if this is BFS related. Sometimes my arm will feel really weak but I can walk over and pick up my almost 20lb. son in his carrier without a problem.

If you had to use your leg for something if you were in an emergency type of situation would you be able to use it? If you answered yes, then I wouldn't be too worried.

Good Luck!
