Hi guysIll try keep it short..Male 32 years old with ongoing symptoms for 6 yearsHad blood work, emg's, spinal tap, brain and spine mri and ms and mnd was ruled out...I saw a new neurologist today and hr is also a ms specialist and he said im pretty sure you have ms?? I neef a new brain and spine scan and see you in 2 months for a update??Can this be if my last tests were clean?

Hi,does not make any sense. The only scenario I could think of would be that you do not have fasciculations but rather some kind of muscle spams. I do not remember your complete story but the clinical picture of MS is clearer, with specific tests to confirm the diagnosis.

Hi twitchy docI had ms ruled out by mri and spine mri- The brain mri had non specific white matter that the neurologist said wasnt the pattern of ms and dismissed it..I have percieved weakness, postural tremors, fascixulatiobs, digestive issues etcI had als and kennedys ruled out ..Only new symptoms is bladder and erectile function to which a large prostate was found ..But this new neurologist said i an pretty sure you have ms and i just want to get a new brain and spine scan to confirm? Does this sound right?

Well, this is the only explanation that would make sense. But your clinical history and negative MRIs do not really support this diagnosis at all..in my opinion. As you know, fasciculations (true fasciculations) are not a feature of MS, and the lack of common MS symptoms is also a clue. However, I am not a MS specialist.

Thank you so much for your comments twitchIts tough, this is never ending...I guess maybe its the bladder issues that has him thinking ms

Hey tb12. Hope you are fine. Any update about this?I also had bladder issues during 2 months and then they suddenly disappeared. Spine MRI was fine so they ruled out MS.
