Poll: BFS Symptoms - Worsening/Improving

Just informal poll on what makes you BFS symptoms worse and better. Maybe by getting other peoples experiences it might help us all in controlling BFS symptoms.You can rank them if you want. it will be interesting to see if there are any trends. Worse:Cold/flulack of sleepadrenalinefocusing on themexerciseBetter:timelack of focus on them/acceptance of the condtiondefeating the anxiety that accompanies the conditionNothing else has had any real impact in a substantial way.Take care,Gary
 
worst things-stress,anxiety,intercurrent illnesses,depression,insomnia ie. lack of sleep,exercise,lonelyness,tiredness.Good things-reassurences regarding benign nature of d problem[perticularly by similar sufferrer/old member],anxiolytics n antideps-for me clonazepam,full body relaxation,being busy, i mean to avoid lonelyness,balanced diet,mild exercise......baily

Worse: Fatigue & exhaustion, stress and tension (regardless of origin)Better:Full relaxation/meditation, being mindful (centered - which may include not over-doing it or neglecting needs whether it is eating/drinking, emotion, or exercise), keeping well in all aspects (body, mind, attitude) LOL looking at the posts so far it seems we all suffer from a lack of resilience. Where did it go????
