...going wild, mainly on the left side...and so is the calf, the bottom, the lower back....and i have tingling issues for days now (foot, leg and hand)....i become pretty scared again this is ***. but one week ago when i was playing football (did every day jogging since then) i was even stronger and faster than the guys of 20 years old (i am almost 40), and this until the last minute, so i guess, i wouldn't be with ***? are the hamstrings a common place for bfs too?

Glad to hear we share almost exactly the same thing. Last week my *beep* quads and hammies were going nuts. Calves are always that *beep* way, as well as arches of feet. Don't know about you, but mine always seems to get worse, not better, and my hands are shakier than *beep*. E

this *beep* sucks!!!! i am 7 months into this, had two clean emg....i probably don t twitch as often as you do but still too much, mainly at night and while sitting...what did rhe neuros tell you?

I am willing to bet that I twitch, tremmor and buzz more than both of you put together! There is not a second in the day that I am not twitching somewhere. It feels like I have snakes in the arches of my feet and they are trying to squirm up to the popcorn that has been popping for the last 5 months inside my calves to help themselves to a little snack. At least my eyelid twitch that lasted 3 months has subsided. I am starting to think that this will never go away with the amount of twitching I get. If this lasts through the summer I am seriously thinking of going on some meds to quiet this sh@t. I already lose sleep at night due to waking up on vibrate mode every two hours. The thing I find funny about all this is that I do not feel the least bit anxious or stressed. This leads me to believe that there is a much deeper rooted problem that will probably never be discovered. FU BFS.

I'll let you take the victory on that one Jersey... Honestly glad to hear that someone twitches more than me. Do you twitch ABSOLUTELY, and I MEAN ABSOLUTELY everywhere?I'm at 9.5 months now. I twitch like a grasshopper. I'm with you... if it lasts through the summer, I'm getting some good drugs. E

E, Yes, I do twitch absolutely everywhere. The everywhere twitching is not constant like the feet and calves though. Those are nonstop, 24/7. It wasnt always like that though, at first it was just sporadic twitching everywhere. I don't know why all of a sudden it is constant in feet and calves for the past three months. I read through other posts that these are the primary locations so I guess I am no different. I just don't know why it is constant. I would love a break once in a while.
