Phantom Pains in Fingers

I seem to get allot of 'phantom pains' lately.. like my nerves are firing off false signals. Also, one of my fingers ( pink ) feels weak and it seems like it takes more time and energy to strecht it than on my right hand. I dont know if this is because im right handed and its normal to be more 'agile' on the right hand.. but that sudden weakened feeling scared the hell out of me. Has anyone else experienced this with BFS?

I am not sure about the phantom aspect of it, it sure as hell feels real, but since I have been told there is nothing going on to be concerned about, maybe phantom is a good description of what it happening. In regards to your hands/fingers, I have some serious issues with my left hand, it is not near as strong as my right, not even close, and for agility, the other day I tried to pick a beer bottle cap off the table with my left hand, and I literally struggled to grab it, I could just scoop it up in short order with my right. That type of stuff gets your mind racing, but I just have to remember this BFS stuff is reaking havoc on our bodies, and our hands are just another body part.

Wow! That's exactly what I have just started experiencing! I am getting little stings randomly around my body. It's a bit like a pin *beep*. They've only just started. I have had BFS for a couple of years now but mine has been fairly dormant for at least 6 months. It has only just come on since I found out my buddy is in hospital again with depression. I gather it's a stress-related condition???Anyone else had these symptoms? Do they last long? Do they get more pronounced? Do they go away?

I have a problem with my left hand, too. A couple of months ago I noticed a line at the corner of the palm area. This line became very painful, making it hard to use my hand. I haven't lost strength, but sometimes it's hard to just carry a book around. It seems to be getting better, but sometimes I wake up and that area feels numb. I hope we can keep one another posted on how this goes on.
