Personal Messages Stuck in Outbox

Hi All:

For some reason my personal messages are getting stuck in my out box.
Any body have any suggestions, I tried to contact John V but it got stuck in my outbox. I think I can still receive but not totally sure.
Is this a symptom of BFS?
