Persistent Eye Twitching - BFS?

I have been twitching all over the place for more than 6 months. After an EMG and MRIs I have convinced myself that it is BFS and not something much nastier as ALS. However, unlike all other muscle twitching in calves, knees, feet, arms etc, the eye one seems to be the most persistent. It's been 7-8 months in my left eye and lately it has appeared sporadically on the right one. On the left eye, it's on a daily basis... although sometimes more than others. My worry is the so called Begnign Essential Blepharospasm which to my understanding is more severe than BFS. On the one hand the overall twitching all over my body makes me thing it is BFS related. On the other hand, the long time and the consistency makes me thing it is initial stages of BEB. Lately the same eye feels also dry and blinks involuntary a few times like there is something bothering the eye. Has anybody had experienced something similar? Has it lead to a BEB diagnosis later? I would appreciate any comments...

Do you carry your cell phone or a camera with a lithium ion battery on you a lot during the day? As crazy as this sounds my constant eye twitch was being set off by an apparent electromagnetic allergy. If I had anything with a lithium ion battery against my body like in a pocket for more than 30 min my one eye would go haywire. You might want to try avoiding them for a few days and see if it calms down.

I went through multiple phases during my 8+ years when my eye twitches would go nuts....nearly constant twitching for weeks at a time. Typically, it seemed to coincide with more stressful times in my life and I found that the additional annoyance from the eye twitching itself was making it even worse. Once my stress calmed down the twitches did too, eventually.
