Perceived Weakness: Just Muscle Fatigue

Perceived weakness, as opposed to true clinical weakness, can make us feel extremely anxious and afraid. If you can still do all your normal everyday things, your weakness is perceived, which means it's REALLY just muscle fatigue. It will pass!

Thanks to both of you for clarifying. I can still do the toe/heel walks perfectly after four months, so for the most part I'm actually starting to feel better. Every once in a while there will be one of those days though...thanks again for helping me get through it.
