I recently passed the three month mark of my twitches beginning, and still have no weakness or visible atrophy. I've started to weight lift once again and am surprised I can still bench my weight multiple times. Doing this really helped reduce my anxiety and I also do push ups everyday, not to check my strength anymore, but to just get some exercise. I can't go outside and exercise since it's rather cold here in Minnesota. Also another thing I noticed is that I had grown somewhat taller which just further reduced my anxiety because I highly doubt someone with the disease would be growing taller. The twitches persist and I have some days with few twitches and days where it seems like a couple seconds can't pass and I'll get a twitch, but it annoys me less and less everyday. I also would like to thank those who have answered my questions when I was worrying, and I think this site is great.
