Hi guys,

I have to say that most days the twiching is not that bad anymore. I still have very active twiching days mind you but some quiet ones in between. I have been fixed on parkinsons lately. I read an article on Mike Fox recently and think that at least for me, maybe.........i dont remember asking the neros about it. Something I'll get movement jerks but usually when i'm just about to fall asleep but they scare me. and I didnt get them befor March. I'm too afraid to look at the symthoms for this on the web. Because i realize that this is not a good method for me to get info. Does anyone have an idea about how this disease works?thanks,

Chris

My grandmother got parkinson's in her 80's but she NEVER complained about muscle twitching.

I DO know that body and limb jerks are VERY common, harmless, and happen to most people during sleeping and waking time. I get them a lot when I go to bed at night.
