well the last time i posted on this site was probably about a year ago my bfs started about 3 years ago and i was really scared like alot of the new people to this board but then as time went on i knew i didnt have anything bad and realized that the internet was just making things worse so i stayed away for a long time and went on with my life as good as i could i still have some symptoms but not like before i am working out at the gym at least 3 sometimes 4 days a week and also playing sports again and it feels great i am increasing my strength more and more and that is really helping me get over the bfs i find the more i exercise the better i feel with less symptoms i still get the odd twitch but i rarely even notice them anymore cause im not focused on them anymore i see many people at the gym twitch after lifting weights and they are not worried of anything so why should i be lol so hope all of you are doing well and enjoying this nice summer weather
