Today will be one year that I first noticed twitching on my left arm just above the elbow. Happen 3 nights in a row as I was laying down to go to sleep and on the third night I decided to visit Dr. Google! And Kaaaaa Pow been twitching ever since! I’m so thankful that I found this site as it has helped reduce my anxiety and get me through this. I did a lot more reading than posting along the way but really want to thank some of the Veterans that have helped me by either personally responding to my posts or have eased my anxiety by reading some of their previous posts. Thank You Robynn, Johnny, Mario, Chrissi, Gary, Aaron, Zenseo, and many many many others!!It took me little while but I have fully come to terms that I don’t have anything sinister. My symptoms peaked this summer where I had non stop twitching in calves and random twitches throughout the day but once I was able to get my anxiety under control I saw a significant drop off in my twitching. I still twitch every day but they are greatly reduced or maybe they’re not as I just don’t pay much attention to them anymore. My advice to any newbie’s would be: You HAVE TO TRUST your Dr’s when they tell you that your twitching is benign and believe them!! Life is too short as it is, don’t waste it worrying about something you don’t have! Thanks again!Mike
