One Year of Symptoms - Help Please

Hi everyone. I've just passed the one year mark with my symptoms. The newest one is joints swelling up in my fingers and feet. ???? I thought I had seen it all by now. I twitch, but mostly have a constant buzzing going on through my body. My biggest complaints are poor sleep (I jerk awake alot at night - or semi-awake) and the inability to do any aerobic exercise without getting really shaky. Does anyone have the joint problem? I've had most tests imaginable and the neuro thinks I don't need to see him anymore. I'm considering leaving my HMO for awhile and signing on with a different insurance

I've had that in the past when I had Lyme disease. Where I live it's quite common and my neuro said it could be the reason for my twitches. That's just one of many possibilities but I wouldn't hang my hat on it. Just in case though it wouldn't hurt to get tested.

I was wondering the same thing, as the tops of my feet, my back, neck and knees are hurting a lot, have been tested for Lyme, but am going to get tested for Rheumatoid Arthritis as well. Most of my symptoms really match BFS. Which joints of yours are swollen?
