Hey peeps...Just needing reassurance before EMG on thursday, I just wondered does any while waking up have one sparking kind of twitch of a muscle. (all i can say it felt like a small electrical charge go off or someone pinching various parts of my body) 
) For example this morning a small area of my thumb did ONE twitch, then my rib cage, back, then quad. But as I got up and started moving around these subsided. Kate
