One-Sided Symptoms: Worried

Hey allI was just wondering if anyone experiences symptoms that are one-sided or even just localised to a single limb, hand or foot.I'm starting to get concerned because my feeling of generalised weakness has kind of been replaced now with what I perceive as weakness in just my right lower leg and right hand. I also have a buzzing sensation and an aching sensation in both places too. Also stiffness in both places.The fascics continue to be generalised and I get no more in those areas than I do anywhere else.Getting extremely worried now.Ian

Hi IanWhen this started for me, in Aug 07, it was my left hand. I was getting twitches, buzzing, popping, tremors etc. I still get those really badly in left hand but I also get them in my left leg. Still no real weakness for me and it is 18 months on.....You are fine. Stay Well

Hi,I also have one side that is more dominant. My right arm/shoulder/fingers/calf/foot twitch a whole lot more than the rest of my body. I get the buzzing sensation mostly in my right calf muscle. For the record I've been twitching EVERYWHERE for 17 months. No weakness (other than the occasional perceived weakness). It takes time to believe that this condition is nothing more than annoying, but you will get there.May
