One more thing--pain in neck & shoulder

Hi, forgot to add to my other post that the "hotspot" in my back or shoulder area (not quite sure where it's originating) that causes my shoulder to "slightly move" also causes pain in my shoulder and upper back, (I have pain in these areas a lot but it's worse when I have the twitching.) Anyone else have pain in a "hotspot" area, especially neck and/or shoulder area? Thanks, Denise p.s. this one hotspot has been going on and off since approx October of last year. Seems like a long time, but have had them that long on & off in the fingers & thumbs, possibly elsewhere, but seem to notice it more when it's in a place that makes an area of my body actually move a little.
