I have also heard that high doses of Omega 3s can have almost a medicinal effect on reducing anxiety (per my doctor). I take them (DHA/EPA) but not that high of a dose (I take 1000 mg), but think I will start. The Omega 3s are so good for you in general. They reduce inflammation in your body, which in turn reduces your chances of getting cancer. They are also incredibly good for your heart. If you're pregnant, they prevent birth defects, as well as our excellent for your baby's vision. I made sure my kids still get DHA supplements.Thanks for sharing Martin.
