Odd Symptoms with Circulation Issues

Hi again! Now I have this very odd symptom(this is hard to explain): This mostly happens at night or while I`m relaxing. My feet and palms goes hot and red. At the same time I can see my veins kind of "swelling" in those areas. I mean my circulation goes crazy in the extremities, It nearly hurts! I`ve had this before about year ago, but it passed within few weeks...

I know this is not maybe BFS related, but could this be an anxiety symptom?

that's a new one for me. maybe anxiety? it can do some crazy things. see a dr if you are concerned
