Numbness Sensation from Brushing Hand

In my case most certainly! If I just brush my hand against my leg or arm or anything for that matter, it will have this slight numbness sensation. If I put my leg in certain positions it will also go numb it is a feeling like as if you sat on your leg to long. I also use to wake up in the mornings and my leg was numb or my arm, but I was laying on my back when I woke up so I knew I was not laying on either limb. Also the arch of my left foot sometimes has a numbing feeling to it and my left knee which buzzes alot too.

I hope this helps...Jenn :)

Definitely in my case. I, took, wake up with "pins and needles" hands and wrists. I try to fall asleep with my arms/hands in a flat position, but of course I toss and turn thoughout the night and who knows what position my arms wind up in.

Also, I've noticed that if I sit in certain position too long, my legs also gets that pins and needles thing. The other day I was at the library looking at books on a low shelf. I decided to just sit there and read on the floor, with my legs bent at the knees (my shoes must have been pressing into my upper thigh). When I went to stand up, my whole leg was numb. I really wasn't freaked out, though, because it could feel it starting to go away as soon as I walked. I had to lap around the library a couple times for it to completely go away. This doesn't worry me, though, as lots and lots of people have the pins and needles.
