Numb Feeling on Back - BFS or SM?

Hey, I asked tons of questions alrady, and I am 99.9% sure that I have just BFS. But well, when something worries me even a little bit, why not asking about it... For long long time now, I rarely feel numb feeling on my back in once place, its not in the middle, but rather more like on right side.... I know BFS wont cause it, I know SM can though... Or this feeling can be due to any minor reason... What do you people think?

I had numbness on my forhead for almost 6 months, left are has been numb for almost 18 months, totally cleared of MS. I have not had it in the back area.
